以「台灣味」行銷國際的多利多國際食品與關係企業海億農產蔬果,在2025年「新味食潮 FUN FOOD TAIWAN」評選中再創佳績,多利多創辦人王多利以結合傳統工藝與創新設計的「花魁禮盒」三烤調味竹鹽勇奪銀質獎,另一項「無刺整尾虱目魚-全隻」也獲高度肯定,雙雙入選90件脫穎而出的優秀產品,為台灣食品文化再添光彩。
Duo Li Duo Foods Co., Ltd., along with its affiliated brand Hai Yi Agricultural Produce, achieved outstanding results at FUN FOOD TAIWAN 2025. Founder Wang Duo-Li received the Silver Award for the “Oiran Gift Box” featuring triple-roasted bamboo salt infused with dried fruits. Meanwhile, the “Whole Boneless Milkfish” was also highly praised. Both products were selected among the top 90 winning entries, bringing new brilliance to Taiwan’s food culture on the global stage.

Duo Li Duo Foods and Hai Yi Agricultural Products once again achieved outstanding results at the 2025 “FUN FOOD TAIWAN” Innovation Awards.

「新味食潮 FUN FOOD TAIWAN」自2020年舉辦以來,推動台灣食品邁向潔淨高值、設計體驗與便利永續,今年邁入2.0階段,主打「產品進化、減碳實現、體驗豐富」,共有119家企業、264項產品報名參賽,在激烈競爭中僅90件產品獲選,多利多即憑藉深厚研發實力與文化底蘊入列兩席,顯示其產品已走在產業創新的前線。
Since its debut in 2020, FUN FOOD TAIWAN has driven Taiwan’s food sector toward cleaner, higher-value, design-driven, and sustainable innovation. Entering its “2.0 Phase” this year, the competition focused on product evolution, carbon reduction, and consumer experience, drawing 264 product entries from 119 companies. Only 90 products were ultimately selected.Duo Li Duo stood out with two winning entries, proving its strong R&D capabilities and cultural creativity place it at the forefront of industry innovation.
榮獲銀質獎的「花魁禮盒」三烤調味竹鹽,是以台灣南部桂竹為原料,採古法三次高溫燒製,再結合台灣芒果、鳳梨等果乾進行低溫慢烤,打造層次豐富的鹹甜口感,如同可食用香氛般的飲食體驗。其外包裝融合台灣花卉圖騰與中性插畫風格,傳遞東方養生智慧與當代設計語言,展現飲食美學與文化敘事雙重價值。原料部總經理吳麗翎指出,這款產品希望讓每一次味覺體驗都能成為文化與情感的交流橋梁。
The Silver Award-winning “Oiran Gift Box” features triple-roasted bamboo salt made from makino bamboo in southern Taiwan, fired three times using traditional methods. It is paired with slow-roasted dried mango and pineapple, creating a refined sweet-savory profile akin to an edible aromatic experience. Its packaging incorporates Taiwanese floral motifs and neutral illustration aesthetics, blending Eastern wellness wisdom with modern visual storytelling. Lily Wu, General Manager of Raw Materials, shared:
“We hope every bite becomes a bridge between cultural identity and emotional connection.”

Both Duo Li Duo Foods Corporation and Hai Yi Foods Corporation were recognized at the 2025 FUN FOOD TAIWAN Awards, earning the prestigious Silver Award and the FUN FOOD Innovation Award.

另一獲評審好評的「無刺整尾虱目魚-全隻」,則為台灣首創以完整魚型保留技術、同時去除細刺的產品,突破傳統虱目魚加工技術限制,提升料理便利性與家庭食用安全。該魚品來自台南沿海半鹹水魚塭,結合「魚-草-羊」共生養殖模式,以放牧羊群取代藥劑除草,實踐友善環境與永續經營理念,充分呼應本屆評選核心價值。
The “Whole Boneless Milkfish” is Taiwan’s first of its kind—an intact whole fish deboned with precision to remove all fine bones, significantly improving cooking convenience and safety. The milkfish is raised in brackish coastal ponds in Tainan, using a fish-grass-sheep symbiotic farming model, where grazing sheep are used to control weeds instead of herbicides—realizing the values of environmental friendliness and sustainability.
多利多創辦人王多利表示,這次能在近300件參賽作品中脫穎而出,除感謝評審的肯定,更印證團隊長年扎根台灣土地、攜手小農與堅持無添加健康理念的努力已見成果。他強調:「我們不只是做食品,而是推動一場以土地為根、以世界語言為橋的台灣飲食文化創新行動。」
Founder Wang Duo-Li expressed pride in being selected from nearly 300 entries, stating it validates years of hard work alongside local farmers and a commitment to additive-free production.
He emphasized:
“We’re not just making food—we’re driving a cultural movement rooted in our land and spoken in the universal language of flavor.”

多利多從夜市起家,至今果乾、竹鹽與海產系列產品已行銷日本、香港及東南亞市場,堅持少加工、不使用人工色素與防腐劑。未來將持續挑戰iTQi、Great Taste Awards等國際大賽,並積極參展SIAL、ANUGA、Foodex Japan等全球專業食品展,提升「台灣味」的國際能見度。
Founded in Taiwan’s night markets, Duo Li Duo has grown into a global brand, exporting its dried fruits, bamboo salt, and seafood products to Japan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. The company remains committed to minimal processing and a clean-label philosophy, avoiding artificial coloring and preservatives. Looking ahead, it plans to compete in prestigious international competitions such as iTQi and the Great Taste Awards, and to actively participate in major trade shows including SIAL, ANUGA, and Foodex Japan—amplifying the global presence of “Taiwanese flavor.”
