Widely known as the "Michelin Guide of the food industry," the International Taste Institute (ITI) in Belgium recently announced the results of its 2025 Superior Taste Awards. Taiwan-based Duo Li Duo Foods captured international acclaim, winning the prestigious Superior Taste Award for its signature product—Unsweetened Golden Irwin Dried Mango—adding another golden highlight to Taiwan’s presence on the global agri-food stage.

ITI評審團由超過200位來自歐洲、美洲、亞洲等地的米其林星級主廚與侍酒師組成,以嚴謹的盲測程序,從第一印象、外觀、香氣、風味與口感五大維度進行評分。僅有總分超過70%以上者,方能獲得「風味絕佳獎章」,堪稱食品界的最高榮譽之一。
The ITI jury consists of over 200 Michelin-starred chefs and sommeliers from across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Each product undergoes rigorous blind testing and is evaluated across five key dimensions: first impression, appearance, aroma, taste, and texture. Only products that score above 70% overall are awarded the Superior Taste Award—one of the highest honors in the global food industry.

該款芒果乾選用來自台南玉井的黃金愛文芒果,以無添加糖、無防腐劑、無人工色素為產品核心,並透過40–50°C低溫烘焙72小時的工法保留原果纖維、甜酸比例與天然色澤。
The dried mango is made from premium Golden Irwin mangoes grown in Yujing, Tainan. With no added sugar, preservatives, or artificial coloring, each slice is gently dried at 40–50°C over 72 hours—preserving the fruit’s fiber, natural sweetness-acidity balance, and vivid color.
每製成1公斤芒果乾需耗費13公斤鮮果,不僅代表高耗損率,更彰顯品牌對品質與農業價值鏈的重視。這樣的製程也符合歐洲市場對「Clean Label」與「Minimal Processed」產品的健康趨勢。
