Breaking through a sea of traditional pastries, Duo Li Duo Foods Corporation was honored with the Excellence Award at the 2024 Taiwan Top 100 Pastry Souvenir Awards — not for a pastry, but for its exceptional product:  Dried Golden Irwin Mango. Though categorized as dried fruit, the product surprises consumers with its juicy texture and vibrant taste, redefining what it means to enjoy “dried” fruit. Rather than merely outperforming traditional snacks, it revolutionizes the concept of natural fruit snacks in the modern age.

獲獎的皇家禮盒,及禮盒內最重要的主角-黃金愛文芒果乾,之所以取名叫『黃金』,是因為想到一句老話,有土斯有財,而金黃澄澄綻發美麗色澤的芒果乾,除了天然健康,更富含送禮者祈祝收禮者「金衣玉食,一生金貴」的深切含意。此外,內包裝採用品牌LOGO字D、L、D與燙金花朵與花紋,更足顯貴氣大方。

號稱地表最強的黃金芒果乾,翻閱果乾的產品介紹,更是道道功夫馬虎不得,嚴選台南玉井現採愛文芒果、台灣果農栽種、新鮮直送,產品天然無色素、無香精、無防腐劑。低溫烘焙72小時,精品果乾。而每13公斤鮮果,僅烘1公斤芒果乾,一顆芒果僅切厚實兩片,吃得出芒果寸寸縷縷纖維,更守住了更多天然營養素包括維生素和礦物質。泡果乾水或蘸竹鹽吃,都是炎炎夏日解暑妙方。

Dubbed the finest dried mango on Earth, the product is crafted with care at every stage. It begins with freshly harvested Irwin mangoes grown in Yujing, Tainan by local farmers. These premium-grade fruits are shipped fresh without any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Using a low-temperature baking method for 72 hours, each 13 kilograms of fresh mango yields only 1 kilogram of dried slices. Each mango is sliced into just two thick cuts, retaining every fiber and nutrient — including vital vitamins and minerals. It’s delicious as a snack, in a summer fruit infusion, or dipped in bamboo salt for a refreshing twist.

 
至於為何採用「低溫烘焙」,低溫烘焙優點有三,
維持營養成分:低溫烘焙能夠保留更多維生素和其他微量元素。
降低致癌物質:減少亞油酸等成分在高溫下產生的致癌物質。
增加口感和香氣:低溫烘焙的過程中沒有高溫產生的焦味,口感更佳,香氣更加馥郁。

Why Low-Temperature Baking?

Low-temperature drying (48–50°C) offers three major advantages:

  1. Preserves nutrients: Retains more vitamins and trace elements.

  2. Reduces harmful compounds: Minimizes the formation of carcinogens associated with high heat.

  3. Enhances taste and aroma: Avoids burnt notes, allowing the mango’s natural sweetness and fragrance to shine. Compared to conventional hot air drying (typically 70–80°C), Duo Li Duo’s method results in a brighter color and truer flavor — sealing in the essence of the fruit without sacrificing its natural charm.

若使用低溫烘焙製作果乾,水果不會經過醃漬處理,所以需要挑選品質好的水果,因此與他家果乾製作的陋習不同,多利多的果乾是用「可供外銷品質」的鮮採水果,無獨有偶的是,許多家製成果乾多採「熱風乾燥」,細細比較兩者差異,熱風乾燥的溫度大約落在70-80℃,低溫烘乾的溫度大約落在48-50℃,兩者除了溫度上的差異之外,在成品顏色上也會有落差,烘乾溫度越低,則越能保留水果本身滋味原色。

Because low-temperature baking does not involve sugar curing, it requires only the highest-quality fruits — the same standards used for export-grade produce. This sets Duo Li Duo apart from many competitors who rely on mass-processing shortcuts. By choosing only fresh, locally harvested mangoes, the company reduces carbon emissions associated with transportation and supports small farmers directly.
